Halifax
While in Japan we decided our photographer for our wedding. As we didn’t have the chance to meet we decided to go to Halifax for a catch up! We also took the opportunity to visit The Piece Hall. It is a sprawling 18th-century cloth hall, which now houses history exhibits, shops, bars & restaurants.

York Trip – Jinny’s Birthday!
For a super surprise which I planned to take Jinny to York for her birthday. York is a walled city in northeast England that was founded by the ancient Romans. It has amazing architecture, an 13th-century Gothic cathedral, cobbled streets and many things to see! It would be the perfect British, romantic, surprise get away....if only someone hand not told her a few days before we were planning to go.

Blackpool Day Trip
We went to Blackpool for the day. It is famous for Blackpool Pleasure Beach, an old-school amusement park with vintage wooden roller coasters as well as Blackpool Tower built in 1894.
