Elephant Sanctuary & Elephant POOPOOPAPER Park – Chiang Mai Thailand!

While in Chiang Mai we really wanted to experience visiting an Elephant Sanctuary! We decided to book a trip and were able to visit both, Elephant POOPOOPAPER Park and an Elephant Sanctuary.

Elephant POOPOOPAPER Park is an eco-friendly, naturally built, outdoor museum park that introduces and explains the unique steps involved in making their much talked about paper products from elephant poop fibers!

We were able to make our own poop paper which Jinny was a natural at!

After that we went on the highlight of the tour, visiting an Elephant Sanctuary. There we were able to feed the Elephants banana, sugar cane and also make natural medicine for them. After a walk in the jungle, we then had a mud bath and also river wash with the Elephants!

It was an amazing once in a life time experience and we great loved being able to spend time with these amazing animals!!
