Chiang Mai – Sunday Walking Street Night Market – Phae Walking Street
Our last day in Chiang Mai we checked out the Sunday Walking Street Night Market. It is the region’s biggest with hundreds of stalls along the main roads as well as in temple grounds. You can find anything and everything here! From clothes, gifts, books, massages, and many types of food too! It is held every Sunday from 4pm until about midnight. We got there early to explore, and spent most of our time as always enjoying food and snacks! Saturday Night Food Market – Chiang Mai – Wua Lai Road Walking Street
After spending the day at the Elephant Sanctuary, we decided to explore Chiang Mai’s Saturday Night Market Walking Street, Wua Lai Road where they have many stalls. In the end we mainly explored the food stands and really fell in love with one BBQ Skewer / Satay stall. Wua Lai Walking Street Saturday Night Market is a fun place to explore while in Chiang Mai. Elephant Sanctuary & Elephant POOPOOPAPER Park – Chiang Mai Thailand!
While in Chiang Mai we really wanted to experience visiting an Elephant Sanctuary! We decided to book a trip and were able to visit both, Elephant POOPOOPAPER Park and an Elephant Sanctuary. Elephant POOPOOPAPER Park is an eco-friendly, naturally built, outdoor museum park that introduces and explains the unique steps involved in making their much talked about paper products from elephant poop fibers! We were able to make our own poop paper which Jinny was a natural at! After that we went on the highlight of the tour, visiting an Elephant Sanctuary.
