Bangkok – Wat Arun – Temple of Dawn & Wat Pho – Temple of the Reclining Buddha – Thailand Travel 🇹🇭

Our 2nd full day in Bangkok we headed out to explore more of the city. We first went to a Michelin Guide restaurant, Baan Somtum. From there we got a water boat to visit the famous Wat Arun – Temple of Dawn. A beautiful temple next to the river.

After that we headed to Wat Pho – Temple of the Reclining Buddha, another famous landmark in Bangkok. To end the day we enjoyed a chicken dinner in Chidlom. Highly recommend visiting both Wat Arun / Temple of Dawn & Wat Pho / Temple of the Reclining Buddha.

The architecture of Wat Arun / Temple of Dawn was something else! Also the sense of scale at the Wat Pho / Temple of the Reclining Buddha was something you have to see to appreciate.
